We do not provide:

-Therapy, diagnosis, or clinical recommendations
-Crisis support
-Psychedelic services or substance facilitation
-Any reference to personal experience or past work is educational only.
3. Who You Must Be to Use Our Services
By engaging with our work, you confirm:
-You are at least 18 years old
-You have the legal ability to enter contracts
-You are seeking business or operational consulting, not clinical guidance
If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
-Use our consulting and materials legally and ethically
-Make your own business, financial, hiring, and legal decisions
-Provide accurate information when requested
-Maintain responsibility for your company’s outcomes
You acknowledge that you, not us, control all implementation and decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content we create, including systems, frameworks, templates, scripts, SOPs, trainings, and messaging tools, is protected intellectual property.
You may not:
-Resell, distribute, or claim our work as your own
-Replicate frameworks inside your own programs
-Share templates outside your internal team
You may use purchased materials for your personal or internal business use only.
6. Payments & Refunds
Unless stated otherwise:
-All consulting payments are non-refundable
-Payment plans must be completed
-Missed payments may pause or end access
-Custom work, VIP days, or project-based consulting is non-cancelable due to scheduling and IP access
-Event- or program-specific terms will override these general rules.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may recommend or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Skool, Stripe, ConvertKit, Google Drive).
We do not control these companies.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms.
8. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
-Sales outcomes
-Client results
-Revenue increases
-Lead quality
-Performance of your ads, teams, or tech systems
-Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your implementation, team, communication, and leadership.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
-We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
-We are not responsible for business losses or decisions you make
-Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the project in question
If you disagree, you should not use our services.

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

-Actions you take based on consulting
-Your implementation, hiring, or operational decisions
-Your use or misuse of our materials

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas
Disputes will be resolved through:
